Booking & Payment Policy
All weddings, lifestyle, and fashion sessions are booked on a first come first serve basis upon receiving the reservation fee and the contract. Reservation fee/deposits are required for all weddings & sessions to reserve your date & time. Deposits are 50% of the total package value and are needed to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the date of your session or event. Outstanding accounts will be charged with a $75 late fee for every 7 days late. All reservation fee/deposits are non-refundable.
Session Cancellation Policy
Three days (72 hour) notice must be given in order to re-schedule a session. There is a $75 fee to re-schedule and any deposit made will be transferred to your new date & time.
How many weddings will you book a year?
We will only take a maximum of 22 weddings per year. This insures us enough time to dedicate our full attention from beginning to end for each of our clients.
Will you travel for Weddings, Lifestyle, or Fashion Sessions?
Yes, we enjoy seeing and photographing new places. We usually take commissions throughout the year in between our other sessions.
How many images do you typically end up with for most weddings and sessions?
We typically average somewhere between 40-60 images per hour. Afterwards we will select and edit the best photos. Images are selected and edited at the photographers' discretion. All in all, we always end up with enough photos to fill a nice coffee book.
Do we get the high-resolution files?
Yes, the high res digital files on DVD are available for all of our packages. For weddings they are delivered with your customized wedding album. Final delivered DVD's typically contain both edited photos in high res and low res in addition to all of the original unused photos.
How long will it take to receive my final customized wedding album?
The entire process from the custom book design to the final printing and binding process usually takes about three months for completion. This time may be increased slightly during the holiday season.
What if I am late for my session?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our scheduling we can not guarantee that we will be available beyond our scheduled time slot. Because of this it's often difficult to prorate our time so we strive to always begin on time.
What if it rains on the day of my session?
You'd be surprised, sometimes the best photos are shot during sessions with a little bit of cloud and light rain. However it it's a downpour then we will re-schedule properly for another time.
